The purpose of the present research is to study the effect of political connections on the value-based management and performance efficiency indicators. In this research, the indicators such as public companies and percentage of institutional ownership of affiliated companies (quasi-public) were used to evaluate the political relations of the companies and to measure the performance efficiency of both indicators ( manpower and investment productivity). For this reason, the data related to the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange were collected for a 10-year period during the years of  2008- 2017 for 113 companies and the regression modeling of combined data using ordinary least squares method and the dymamic combined data using the generalized method of moment (GMM) were used by the EVIEWS 9.5 software. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the public companies and  the value-based management ranking. The results also showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the affiliated companies with institutional ownership and the value-based management ranking . There is also a positive and significant relationship between the public companies and the performance efficiency in both indicators (manpower and investment productivity) . In addition to the results, the hypothesis 2 about the relationship between the quasi-public companies and the performance efficiency shows a negative and significant relationship between the quasi-public companies and the manpower productivity and conversely a positive and significant relationship with the investment productivity. Web2 and the evolving vision of Web3 have a great effect on facilitation of information sharing, information aggregation, interoperability, user-centered design, collaboration on the World Wide Web, and crowd-centered services. New concept of Web is the intuition that drives crowdsourcing, crowd servicing, and crowd computing. Crowdsourcing has emerged as a new on-line distributed problem solving and production model in which crowds of networked people collaborate to complete tasks and processes through internet. Organizations are increasingly employing crowdsourcing to access scalable and cheap workforce on-line, and via this approach they could get tasks done in less time, with lower cost, and higher quality. Active and continuous participation of skilled and capable crowdworkes and provision of high quality solutions by them are key success factor of crowdsourcing in organizations. But by investigating crowdsourcing efforts in organizations it could be recognized that most of them don’t guarantee active and continuous participation of skilled and capable crowdworkers. As a result, a better understanding of crowdworkers’ behavior and identification of effective factors on their participation and performance could be very useful in efficient and effective design of crowdsourcing platforms and contests. There are limited studies on the identification of factors affecting the performance of crowdsourcing, and each of them focuses on a specific group of factors. This paper is a comprehensive study on researches and empirical studies that have been conducted to identify effective factors on crowdsourcing performance and a comparison between different studies will be conducted. The importance of knowledge-based companies in the economies of the countries and their role in GNP has increased in recent years, and many efforts have been made to develop a comprehensive and consistent indicators for evaluating these companies. The issue of performance evaluation of these companies is still new in Iran, and in the past, many studies have not been conducted on suitable examples of these companies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and categorize the most important and effective indicators in the performance of knowledge-based companies, in line with the industry conditions in Iran. Initial indicators are extracted from literature review, related documents and initial interviews with experts in this field. Then, final indicators are determined through designing and distributing questionnaires, structured interviews with experts and analyzing the results of received questionnaires. After validating the final indices, 22 indicators are verified and categorized into 5 groups, and finally, by computing the coefficients of variance (CV), the indexes are arranged from the most important to the least significant. Accordingly, the added value resulting from the technology used in the product, the level of education of the employees and the number of R & D staff are the most important, respectively. Due to the fact that these results are directly related to the experts in this field, it is expected that using the data of knowledgeable companies and implementation on one of the appropriate models of performance evaluation will result in meaningful result. Firms try to increase their innovative performance to survive in a turbulent market and improve their competitive position. Combining these efforts does not necessarily lead to profit and increase their market share. To understand this shortcoming, researchers look at the factors that affect innovation performance and how to measure it. However, the subject that needs to be addressed is the firm's innovative behavior, which can affect innovation performance. By borrowing from the concept of dynamic capabilities, the present study has tried to classify the possible types of capabilities to create new products, services, and processes into three general categories: innovation capabilities, collaboration-based capabilities, and complementary capabilities, and by presenting different hypotheses for the effectiveness of these capabilities. Test the firm in innovative performance. For this purpose,180 questionnaires were distributed among firms to report the number of new products/services, the number of new processes, their financial performance, and the types of measures taken in their field of innovation from 1392 to 1394. After confirming their validity and reliability and creating structural equations using the partial least squares (PLS) method, results showed that innovation capabilities and collaboration-based capabilities significantly positively affect innovation performance. Also, research and development, training of human resources, design, collaborative research and development, and purchase of technical knowledge have significant path coefficients in the resulting PLS model and significantly affect innovation. In addition, the purchase of machinery and tools only significantly affects the creation of innovation. Manuscript profile
